1. Acceptance of terms
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Ask Wolfie website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which are incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. About Ask Wolfie
Ask Wolfie is a real-estate advisory and analytics platform focused on the United Arab Emirates market. We aggregate listing and transaction data from multiple sources, generate analytical outputs (yields, verdicts, capital appreciation projections, comparable-transaction tables), and connect prospective buyers, renters, and sellers with licensed advisors where relevant.
Ask Wolfie is not a party to any sale, lease, or purchase agreement between users. Property transactions remain matters between you, the counterparty, and any licensed real-estate broker involved.
3. Not financial or legal advice
The Services provide information, analysis, and estimates for general informational purposes only. They do not constitute financial advice, investment advice, legal advice, tax advice, or a personal recommendation. Property investment involves risk, and past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results. Before making any investment decision, you should:
- Conduct your own due diligence, including independent inspection of the property.
- Consult qualified professionals (legal, tax, financial) licensed in the applicable jurisdiction.
- Verify all material facts with the Dubai Land Department, the Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA), and other competent authorities.
4. Property listings and third-party data
Property listings, prices, images, floorplans, developer information, and transaction histories are supplied by third parties or aggregated from public sources. We take reasonable steps to keep information accurate and current, but we do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or availability of any listing, and any listing may be withdrawn or amended without notice.
Analytical outputs, including Wolfie Verdicts, yield estimates, exit-strategy scenarios, and capital appreciation projections, are model-based estimates. They rely on assumptions that may not hold, and actual outcomes may differ materially. You should not rely on any analytical output as the sole basis for a decision.
5. User accounts and eligibility
To access certain features, you must create an account. You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract in your jurisdiction. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
- Keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with any third party.
- Promptly notify us of any unauthorised access to your account.
- Be responsible for all activity under your account.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that appear to be used fraudulently.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services in a manner that violates any applicable law or regulation.
- Scrape, harvest, or copy data from the Services without our prior written consent.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Services.
- Interfere with the security, integrity, or performance of the Services or the underlying infrastructure.
- Upload content that is unlawful, defamatory, misleading, infringing, or that impersonates any person.
- Use the Services to send unsolicited commercial communications.
- Circumvent access controls or attempt to access accounts, data, or areas of the Services you are not authorised to use.
7. Intellectual property
The Services and all associated content, software, trademarks, logos, and analytical outputs are owned by Ask Wolfie or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Services for your personal or internal business use, subject to these Terms.
You retain ownership of the content you submit (such as saved searches, notes, and communications). By submitting content to the Services, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, process, and display that content solely to operate and improve the Services.
8. Third-party links and services
The Services may contain links to third-party websites, tools, or services that are not owned or controlled by Ask Wolfie. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of any third-party resource, and your use of any such resource is at your own risk and subject to that party’s terms.
9. Disclaimers
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ask Wolfie disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy of data, and continuous availability. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ask Wolfie and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising out of or related to your use of the Services, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed AED 500 or the amount you paid to Ask Wolfie in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, whichever is greater.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Ask Wolfie and its affiliates harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or connected with (a) your use of the Services, (b) your violation of these Terms, or (c) your violation of any third-party right.
12. Termination
You may stop using the Services and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access without notice if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, if we are required to do so by law, or if continued provision of the Services to you creates a risk to us or other users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, and governing law) will do so.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “last updated” date at the top of this page. If the changes are material, we will provide additional notice via the Services or by email. Continued use of the Services after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of them.
